In 2015, Dynamic Sportswear was honored with the Sustainability Innovation Award by Business School Lausanne one of just seven companies selected globally for their leadership in sustainable business practices. Among them, we were the only recepient to receive recognition, awarded in the category of Refined Shareholder Management.
This category highlights companies that embed sustainability not just in operations or branding, but into how they make strategic decisions – aligning shareholder value with long-term ethical growth.
It was a quiet but meaningful moment for us.
We didn’t earn it through flashy campaigns or checklists – we earned it by staying consistent in our principles: investing patiently, building thoughtfully, and always thinking long-term.
A decade later, the wooden plaque still sits in our office – a reminder that you don’t have to be loud to be seen. You just have to be sincere.
